- Gathering the Printing format Journal
- Scan the pappers to digital format (ie *.PDF)
- Create XML file, it’s look like the table of content of journal
- setup the OJS on your server
- Import XML files into Open journal System on your server
- Adjust your pdf files onto yout pdf file field
- managed the new journal
